If you need to return your purchase, you can contact our after-sale service at service@joliplacard.com for a return address. We will give you a full refund by the same original payment method within 1-3 business days after the receipt of the returned purchase

 

*Kindly Reminder: The address on the package are not approved as the return address. Packages returned without a return address authorized by customer service representatives and lost packages will not be refunded or exchanged.
